that was a blast!
i didnt know that fighting with customer was fun!
the story goes like this..
he wanted elaine to wrap his item purchased at toysrus..
so, okay.. no prob..
but when he wanted elaine to wrap a book from popular, i said no..
cos it's the policy..
only toysrus items are allowed to be wrapped..
and so..
he: "okay, how bout u give me the wrapping paper and i'll wrap it myself."
me: "we're not allowed to give wrapping papers to customer as and when we like."
he: "do you people take stocks about how many wrapping papers?"
me: "no! but it's a policy.."
he: "do you get paid more by doing this?"
me: :no! but it's my job..im just doing my job properly.."
he: "i've work at toysrus before..and customers is always right.."
me: "good! that u should know the policy.."
he: "but customers is always right.."
me: "but customer have to understand the policy.."
he: "but i have other items to wrap also.." *taking out tamagochi..*
me: "i can simply give u a small paper bag which can fit that thing inside."
he: "try arh!"
*i took the small paper bag and insert the tamagochi inside*
me: "here u go."
he: "oke fine. what's ur name?"
me: "MARIANA!"
he: "what?"
me: "MARIANA!!"
he: "okay.." *walk off*
me: "whatever!"
everyone?
stared blankly at me..
hahaha..
awesome..
everyone was stunned by what i have done..
unbelievable..
they didnt know i could do such things..
hahaha..

*laugh*

elaine: "relax, relax!"
me: "i'm cool man..."
hayati: "what sey that customer!"
me: "whatever!"
aunty anna: "what happened?"
*tell aunty anna the story..*
aunty anna: "bullshit! can still say he work at toysrus before.."
me: "stupid sia!"
alex: "stupid sia!"
me: "he is!"
almost everyone was like so shock lah sey!
