working was rather fun yet irritating yesterday. Why? I have friends who never fail to make me smile even when i'm at my worst. Isn't that what friends are for? Yeah. With fitrah and steph around, Toysrus is never a boring place to be at. Haha. I was on floor yesterday therefore i'm not active at entrance. When i've done my straightening, i asked steph to do hers while i take charge of entrance. Since there no more customer, i decided to help fitrah do her straightening. Suddenly, Faizul appear and shouted at me.
Faizul: "Na, ni bapak aku nak tulis per?"
Me: "Dengar2 ni nana yg buat per!"
Steph was rather frustrated. Not that she doesnt want to do the paperwork is just that she's doing her straightening. I mean, can he wait? we havent even close shop yet what? what's the big deal anyway? I did my re-shop and fitrah went for countdown. When i was standing near the lunchroom, fitrah was frustrated. I asked her why.
Faizul: "I hated my staff."
Fitrah: "Fine. If u hate ur staff, u will see them quit one by one or worst. all at once."
Faizul: (frustrated) *Throw clipboard at Fitrah.*
What's the point of throwing tantrum at ur staff? If u lack of love, it is because no one dare to come near u cos u throw tantrum. Change urself in order to get love from everyone and that includes ur staff. Most of us are still working for the sack of kak inah. We pitied her. Most of us are student and we still comes back to work after school to work cos we know there's not much man-power. We make the effort to come but it seems that u sont appreciate us. So is it our fault if we were to quit? Seriously, why cant he just scold us and let go? Like what kak inah did. Why must he keep grudges on his staff. Not like as if he don't make mistake at all right? We are all human and we all make mistake. That'a normal. We learn from our mistake and improve ourself to be able to stay in the industries. Pathetic.
